Roller accessories are composed of bearing housings, bearings, seals, shafts, and circlips. Now I will talk about their uses in detail.
Roller stamping bearing housing: There are two types of idler bearing housings, one is stamping bearing housing and the other is cast iron bearing housing. Most stamping bearing housings are welded with steel pipes, and cast iron bearing housings are extruded with steel pipes. Stamping bearings are characterized by good sealing and strong overall bearing capacity. The biggest feature of cast iron bearings is high concentricity, but the bearing capacity is lower than that of stamping bearings.
Roller bearings: Bearings are the most important part of rollers, and the quality of bearings directly affects the service life of rollers. Therefore, choosing roller bearings is more cautious than choosing other roller accessories.
Roller seal: Roller seal materials are divided into polyethylene and nylon. The cost of polyethylene is low, but the wear resistance is relatively poor. On the contrary, the sealing cost of nylon material is relatively high, but the wear resistance is high. What floats on the water is the seal of the polyethylene material). According to the type of roller, the roller seal is divided into nearly ten types, such as TD75 type, DTII type, TR type, TK type, QD80 type, SPJ type and so on.
Roller shaft: Roller shafts are divided into cold-drawn steel shafts and stepped shafts. Note: The tolerance of the roller shaft must be guaranteed to be between plus 0.002mm-0.019mm.
Circlip: The circlip selected by the idler is made of spring steel, which plays the role of fixing the serial movement of the idler. Inferior springs have poor elasticity and variability, and cannot prevent the string movement of the idlers well under the stamping of external forces.
Retaining ring: The fixing of parts on the shaft is divided into axial fixing and circumferential fixing.
