The major structural element that supports the conveyor and material load is a fabricated truss. Snow, wind, and other engineering loads are all taken into account when designing the truss.
The conveyor may revolve radially thanks to the conveyor's radial undercarriage.
Belt-supporting idlers installed on the frame.
The characteristics of the material stacked will determine the exact dimensions for the Conveyor Belt.
Head section close to the discharge.
Drive unit (attached to the discharge pulley and positioned at the head).
(Material loading point) Tail portion.
To protect against falling objects, there is skirting at the tail portion and underneath the truss.
The following optional radial stacker system parts:
Before the belt loading, the material is stored in a hopper positioned over the tail. Some users load straight from a transfer chute, belt feeder, or overland conveyor. Systems can be engineered to fit.
