One or two mobile stackers can stack all adjacent yards. But the equipment operation rate is high at this time. When the number of stockyards is large, such as three or more stockyards, when each piece of equipment is required to have a stacker, a mobile stacker can also be used, which is suitable for large-scale bulk cargo port terminal projects.
When selecting equipment, select it according to the required conveying capacity of the beginning or end. If a single-car dumper is used to unload coal, the corresponding stacking capacity should be 1000-1250t/h; if a double-car dumper is used to unload coal, the corresponding stacking capacity should be 2000t/h. If two ship unloaders are used to unload coal, and the unloading capacity of each ship unloader is 850t/h, the stacking capacity of the mobile stacker should be selected as 2000 to determine the stacking capacity from the starting point.
Generally speaking, the working time of each mobile stacker should be no more than 16 hours a day, about 10 hours, so that there is a certain time for equipment maintenance and maintenance. Other types of materials, such as iron ore, can also be determined according to the above principles.
